team has been in existance over three years. The team capitain is
a famous ice-hockey player, former SKA (St.-Petersburg) capitain
Nicolai Maslov.  |

In year
1996
the team became a winner in the City Championship and won the
first place in the World Veteran Championship, held in the City
of Toronto (Canada). |

"Tornado" has got quite a few prominent Saint - Petersburg SKA hockey players. Alexey Gusarov and Viatcheslav Lavrov who are ex-players of the combined team are also here. |

The city olympic reserve
specialized school for children and teenagers is founded on the
"Tornado" base.
