and amendments stipulated with the Tournament Regulations.

Competitors
IX-th
International Taekwon-Do ITF Tournament “Cup of Peter the Great”
is open for male and female 1,2,3 and 4 Degree (Black belt)
competitors, at least 16 years old by the beginning of the
competition, who must be healthy and have insurance.

Tournament is divided into 5 items:
- Individual
Pattern
- Individual
Sparring
- Individual
Special Technique
- Individual
Power Breaking
- Team Pattern
- Team Sparring
(male)
Number
of Competitors
Each
country may present :
Individual
competition
- for Pattern
- any 4 competitors ( 4 male and 4 female); from 1st
to 4th Degree holders take part in one division,
each participant performs the pattern corresponding to the
degree he/she has;
- for Sparring
- only one competitor in each weight category;
- for Special
Technique - 2 competitors maximum (2 male and 2 female);
- for Power Breaking
- 2 competitors maximum (2 male and 2 female);
Team
competition
- for
Pattern – one team only (1 male team and 1 female team)
The
Tournament organisers have right to allow Russian teams formation
in different order.
Check-in
Accreditation
and check-in of participants and guests will be held at “Moskva”
Hotel on December 6-7, 2001 from 10:00 till 21:00. Each
competitor should submit passport, ITF Degree certificate, medical
insurance and application form filled by the head of the delegation.
Weight-in
Weight-in
of participants will be held
on
December 7, 2000 from 10:00 till 21:00. Participants are
allowed to weight-in after check-in.
All
the participants, team representatives, referees, officials and
guests will have access to the sports arena with the accreditation
card available only.

Umpires
The
umpires of the tournament will be the Saint-Petersburg and Russian
Taekwon-do Federations judges, from participating countries judges
and specially invited umpires. Each country has to bring one referee.
All the umpires must be at least of 3-rd degree and must have
umpire's category or must have an umpire's experience in international
championships. They must submit umpire certificate.

Tournament
participation fee is $10 US.
Hotels
Participants
and guests will be accommodated at “Moskva” Hotel, address: A.
Nevskogo sq.2. Room rate is $ 35 US (to be paid in roubles
due to exchange rate on the day of payment) per person per night,
breakfast and dinner (buffet) included.
Attention
Each
participating country has to bring its national flag and anthem.
