"CITY" PROGRAMME
Since 1995 the company has started to accumulate
considerable experience of protecting objects using technical
equipment of guard-fire and alarm signalling systems. The Tornado
St-Petersburg Ltd. guard enterprise has its own central monitoring
station, set in powerful computers with special software, receiving
all alarm signals from the guarded objects.
The central monitoring station is intended for:
- remote control of the state of sensors of various designation systems (alarm,
fire, water level, gas flow, fuel, call-the-doctor button and others.);
- collection, storage, processing of received communications;
- transmission of information to the destination;
- notification of patrol crews.
The central monitoring station provides reception of communications through
all the channels simultaneously, getting information from remote objects
and those without telephones, control of proper working order of equipment
at the site, registration and storage in the data base, recording of all
communications and operators’ actions.
The company owns a fleet of its cars, equipped with the contemporary portable
radios. These cars are used by crews of well-prepared licensed armed guards.
The Tornado St-Petersburg Ltd. guard enterprise is capable of guarding objects
through
radio channel in the absence of telephone lines or duplicating them. Hence
absence or intentional damage to telephone line does not affect efficiency
of the signalling systems and the proper response to alarming communications.
The company has been using the contemporary signalling systems and is capable
of guarding objects of great material liability. A distinctive feature of the
Tornado St-Petersburg Ltd. guard enterprise is individual and careful approach
to each client. Calculating cost of services the enterprise has been using
flexible system depending on the sum of material liability and area of the
guarded site. To improve the quality of services and reduce their cost the
Tornado St-Petersburg Ltd. guard enterprise seeks to optimise combination of
physical security and means of technical protection.
