Since 1995 all the sports events organised by the Saint-Petersburg ITF Taekwon-do Federation have been conducted using the FORUM Programme Information Complex developed by Tornado company specialists. The most famous of the conducted international tournaments are Cup of Peter the Great and X World Taekwon-do Championships of 1997.
